TERMS OF SERVICE — Pick Beast Sports (PBS)
Last Updated: 2025
1. Subscriptions & Access
Packages (Day, Week, Monthly Passes) grant limited, personal, non■transferable digital access to PBS content. Where a plan is sold as a subscription (e.g., Monthly), it auto■renews until canceled. One■time passes (e.g., Day/Week) do not renew unless explicitly labeled as recurring. Price and renewal terms are shown clearly at checkout immediately above the payment button. By completing payment, you agree to recurring charges for subscription plans until you cancel. You may cancel at any time via the account or subscription portal or by emailing support@pickbeastsports.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the then■current billing period. No pro■rated credits or rollovers.
2. Nature of Content
PBS provides sports■investing insights, analytics, and consulting. Content is for entertainment and educational purposes only. PBS is not a registered investment advisor. Nothing provided by PBS should be considered financial, legal, or investment advice.
3. User Responsibilities
You must be 21 years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), and it must be legal for you to access betting■related content where you live. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly display PBS content. Account sharing is prohibited. You agree to comply with all applicable laws.
4. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes may apply. All sales are final once access is delivered, except as stated in the Refund Policy or where required by law. For subscription plans, you authorize PBS and its processors to charge your payment method the then■current price each period until you cancel. Renewal timing is based on Pacific Time (Las Vegas).
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and branding are owned by PBS or its licensors. You are granted a limited license for personal use only.
Automated scraping, bots, and attempts to circumvent access controls are prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
PBS’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to PBS in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Payment Authorization & Security
By submitting a payment, you authorize PBS and its processors (e.g., Stripe) to charge your payment method and to use industry■standard tools—such as 3D Secure challenges, device/IP checks, card verification, and risk scoring—to verify payments and protect against fraud.
8. Identity Verification
PBS may request additional information (e.g., email/phone verification, government■issued ID, selfie match, or proof of card ownership) where payment risk is detected. Access may be paused until verification is completed. If verification is not completed within a reasonable time, PBS may cancel access without refund where fraud or misuse is suspected.
9. Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Use
You agree not to open accounts or make purchases using another person’s payment method, disposable emails, VPN/proxy masking to evade geography or age rules, or any automation intended to bypass security or access limits.
PBS may monitor device identifiers, IP/geolocation, and unusual usage patterns to prevent fraud and account sharing.
10. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or in error, contact support@pickbeastsports.com first. Filing a chargeback that contradicts these Terms (e.g., for digital content delivered or agreed auto■renewals) may result in suspension or termination of your account.
PBS will submit evidence of checkout consents, access logs, and policy links to the card network during any dispute.
11. Suspension & Termination
PBS may suspend or terminate access immediately for suspected fraud, account sharing, or policy violations. Where appropriate, PBS will preserve and provide transaction and access records to payment processors and law enforcement.
12. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Except for claims eligible for small claims court, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. Each party may bring claims only in its individual capacity.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing support@pickbeastsports.com within 30 days of your first acceptance of these Terms.
Small claims actions may be brought in Clark County, Nevada.
13. Changes to Terms
PBS may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
