• To process payments and provide subscription access.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information with service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., Stripe for payments, hosting, analytics, customer support) under contracts restricting their use of data to our purposes. We retain purchase history and tax records for up to seven (7) years or as required by law. Fraud■prevention logs are generally retained for up to twenty■four (24) months, or longer where necessary to investigate incidents or resolve disputes.

PBS is intended only for individuals who are 21 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher). We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under this requirement. If you believe this has occurred, contact us to request deletion.

We process certain data to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud and abuse, including IP address, approximate location, device/browser identifiers, login events, failed attempts, purchase history, and risk signals from our processor (e.g., Stripe Radar). We may use automated risk scoring to decide whether to allow, challenge (e.g., 3D Secure), or block a transaction. You may contact us to contest an automated decision.
