1. All Sales Final (Digital Access)

Access is delivered instantly. All purchases are final and non■refundable once access has been granted, except as described below or where required by law.

2. Subscription Renewals & Cancellation

•Subscription plans (e.g., Monthly) auto■renew until canceled. You can cancel any time via the subscription portal or by emailing support@pickbeastsports.com.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the then current billing period. No pro■rated refunds or credits.

One■time passes (e.g., Day/Week) do not auto renew unless explicitly labeled as recurring.

Renewal timing is based on Pacific Time (Las Vegas)

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued for verified duplicate charges or verified technical errors that prevented access, or where required by law.

4. Verification & Fraud Exclusions

PBS may require reasonable identity verification before processing any refund or reversal.

No refunds are provided for accounts suspended or terminated due to suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy violations.
